Privacy & Safeguarding
Little Muslim Qaidah is built for children aged 6 and above. Safeguarding shapes every part of the platform.
No public profiles or chat
Children cannot message anyone. There are no public profiles or leaderboards.
Surnames stay private
Only a first name and initial are ever shown inside the app.
Minimum data only
We store the least information needed to run lessons and report progress.
Role-based access
Parents see only their own children. Teachers see only their assigned students. Administrators manage all accounts.
No advertising
The app contains no adverts, tracking for advertising, or third-party marketing.
Parent consent
A parent or guardian must give written consent before an account is created for a child. Consent covers storing the child’s first name, class, lesson progress and any voice recordings uploaded for teacher feedback. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the academy, and all data will be deleted.
Safeguarding
All teachers hold current safeguarding training and background checks. Voice recordings are visible only to the child’s own teacher and parent. Any safeguarding concern should be raised with the academy’s designated safeguarding lead at safeguarding@littlemuslimacademy.org.
Qur’anic content
All Arabic and Qur’anic text is reviewed and approved by a qualified Qur’an teacher before publication. Translations and Tafsir are not included in this version.
Subscriptions
Payments are not active in this version. The academy may later choose access included with tuition, a monthly digital subscription, a one-time course payment, or free trial lessons.
